Metropolitan College Classes/College Track for Home Educated Students Minimize
Priority deadline – May 1, 2015 ~   After May 1, application will be accepted based on availability.
Good morning!  I am an advisor at Metropolitan Community College and have been working with home school families for a long time.  Metro is going to be offering classes for home school families starting this fall quarter.  The program is a three year track and if a student takes all of the classes the requirements for high school will all be met as well as getting college credit to transfer.
This has been something that has been in the works for seven years and is finally coming to fruition this fall.  Please feel free to contact me to fill in any of the blanks that you should have.  Thank you for your time and consideration.

Please note the following change in the Mandatory Test Requirements for membership in the Eta Sigma Alpha, Chi Zeta Chapter.
One of the following test scores is required for membership:
  • 1800 on the SAT
  • 26 on the ACT
  • 180 on the PSAT
  • 90% composite score on the  IOWA
  • 90% on the total battery on the Stanford.
  • We can longer accept  the CAT or Terra Nova test scores. These two tests do not score the total composite making it difficult and confusing to determine student qualifications.
